Dear Martha Lake Elementary (MLE) Students, Families, and Community:

We miss you and look forward to when we can see you again! Kindergarteners, we look forward to meeting you and welcoming you to our Martha Lake Elementary (MLE) Community of Learners.

We don't yet know the details about Fall 2020.
Here is the information we DO have:

  • Kindergarten No Jump Start in August. Kindergarteners will have their Jump Start experience at the beginning of the Fall 2020 School Year.
  • FREE summer meals on Wednesdays 12 noon until 1 pm at Martha Lake Elementary (MLE). Every child age 1-18 is eligible, so tell everyone! The child must be present to pick-up the food. The food comes in a box of breakfasts and lunches for 7 days. Drive up, get the box, and drive away (then put the food in the fridge so it lasts for the week). You can also walk up but be ready to carry home a box of food for the week. Click here for more information about FREE FOOD for ALL people age 1 to age 18 years old
  • HOW TO LEARN ABOUT WHEN SCHOOL OPENS AND ALL THE IMPORTANT DETAILS?
Watch this website, the main Edmonds School District website, and

BE SURE TO READ YOUR EMAIL.

After you enroll your student, the email address you give us is the main way we communicate with you. It is crucial to tell the office if/when your email, phone number, address, emergency contacts (or their phone numbers) change.

  • Martha Lake Elementary Office Opens on Monday, August 24, 2020.

We can't wait to see you! Even though it will be different and there will be some challenges to help all of us stay safe, it's going to be a fantastic 2020-2021 school year.

We will all get through these unique times together. We'll make it through Martha Lake Mustang Strong

Here, at Martha Lake Elementary (MLE), we already practice being RespectfulResponsible, and Safe. So, we are even more prepared to face these challenges together --- not just face them but succeed as a community. We will succeed in our school spirit, in our ability to come together and help one another, in the way we get used to wearing face masks, and as we continue to learn and grow as students, families, staff, and community members.

Fondly,

Martha Lake Elementary
