How to Get In the School 8:50 am – 3:10 pm… (see information below)

Hello, Martha Lake Mustangs!

Theme for February – We Are Different and Alike

Week 1: That's So Random

Take a moment to imagine a world without kindness. No one would help those in need. No one would meet the needs of those who are hurting. There would be no friendly smiles. No one would care of share or try to understand. Think about how awful that would be.

Kindness is a language everyone understands no matter what our race, religion, culture, age, or gender may be. Kindness connects us, one human being to another, and helps us understand that each one of us has the power to make a difference by being kind to someone else.

This week’s message and activities focus on random acts of kindness and school climate and connects to our school-wide expectations that Mustangs are responsible.

January 29 Enhanced Security Features Begin at MLE

We begin enhanced school security at Martha Lake Elementary on Monday, January 29, 2018. Doors of the school will be locked at 8:50 am, and open again at 3:11 pm.

To get inside the school, come to front doors nearest the flag pole. Press the white button at the panel on the far right side of the blue double-doors. The Martha Lake office will be able to see you and talk with you. They can press a button to unlock the door to the far right and let you in.

You must still come to the main office, sign in, and get a visitor/volunteer badge. The enhanced security measures do not replace signing in/out at the office every time.

Feel free to contact us with any questions or comments at:, or via the contact information below. We are here to help.
